Show Notes

Who influences American policy when the decisions move beyond the ballot box?

In Part 2 of their conversation, Bill Walton and Mel K explore the influence of private foundations, central banking and international institutions on American sovereignty.

Mel K, author of Infiltration Instead of Invasion: America Betrayed, outlines her argument that financial and philanthropic networks have shaped public policy with limited democratic accountability. The discussion moves from the Ford, Carnegie and Rockefeller foundations to the Federal Reserve, Jekyll Island, Agenda 2030 and BlackRock’s “Going Direct” strategy.

They also examine Mel K’s interpretation of the Kennedy assassination and close with her proposals for greater transparency, civic engagement and individual freedom.

[00:00:30] Speaker A: Talk about the Ford foundation, the Carnegie foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation. The role that they played was to do a lot of things without having to go through any government agency. Something would stand outside of not only democracy but government itself. Describe that role. It's, it's, it's interesting and, and, and, and everybody listening and watching this should know that the, what Ford and Wood, Rockefeller and, and the other big foundations are doing right now is worse today than it was, [00:01:06] Speaker B: you know, [00:01:07] Speaker A: 50, 50 years ago. It's just, Anyway, I, I, I, this is your book. Tell me about the, tell me about these foundations and how they, how they interrelated with each other and with the rest of the scheme. [00:01:22] Speaker C: Well, what I will tell you first is that all the way back in the 30s, there were people calling for investigations into the Rocke foundation, the Ford foundation and the Carnegie Institute, claiming that they were subverting the voice, the vote and the will of the American people by their NGO model, which essentially got between the people and the government. And again, they've been investigated multiple times. But what I call the Rockefeller model is essentially the same model that the Open Society or the Gates foundation or the Clinton Global Initiative or any of these global organization, center for American Progress, they're still running that same model. It's, I believe I'm working on the next book, Subversion instead of Elections. And it's pretty much about these groups. But what we have to realize is the first true infiltration and betrayal of the American people was the Federal Reserve. And the same families that run these institutions also were involved in the creation of the Federal Reserve. And what a lot of people don't realize is I believe that the Crown and the international banks of the City of London and other places did not accept the American Revolution. I believe that they went back and they reconfigured their plan to infiltrate and dominate the United States by going through the banking system. And then that same group of the people that were involved in the Jekyll island meeting that created the Federal Reserve, they also were involved in creating the irs. But worse than that, I believe Wilson was a treasonous president and I, he brought in not only progressivism, which is a counter to constitutional Republic, but he also worked a lot with the Council of Foreign Relations and this man House and what it appears to me is the Council of Foreign Relations and Chatham House as well as the Atlantic Council and some of these other group, Trilateral Commission. They are supranational to our government and the American people. We the people have no recourse when they are the ones that are paying for the research and they're paying for the journalists and they're paying for the public campaign and they're paying for the politicians and all of this. And it's all done under the guise of philanthropy. The whole 501C3, 501C4 model is a disaster. It has failed and it is not ever lived up to what the ideal of JFK's planning of it was. And now it's been completely corrupted to the core. And many of these groups are also fully infiltrated within our academic system, particularly at Harvard. A lot of them connect at the Balfour center at Harvard and also at Georgetown. And they have essentially turned law and order in America into critical legal theory coming out of our law schools to protect them. And much of what's being done again is allowing these NGOs to not only dominate the think tanks and academia, but they dominate our K through 12 schools, particularly Rockefellers. [00:04:32] Speaker B: So, [00:04:32] Speaker A: well, they were, they had a hearing on that in the early 50s where they were accusing [00:04:36] Speaker B: church [00:04:37] Speaker A: using Rockefeller and all those about the, they, they, they were manip. They were, they were recreating our curriculum to, to get kids thinking about being globalists and, and the whole rest of the agenda. I mean, that was, that was 75 years ago. It was incredible. So, so, but, but I think the, the one takeaway I want people to have is first read this book. It's interesting, but the things that are so upsetting to us today, I think a lot of people are just, in the last 10 years are beginning to realize how much they're not in control of their own lives and in particular how much their vote doesn't matter. And there's so many. We, we are, we get in arguments about who's going to win the election and which politician is going to be better. You know, I've come to believe that it almost doesn't matter which politicians we elect because they're going to be, you know, come and gone. And these institutions have been there, are there now, and they're gonna, their plan is to be there forever. So it's a, it's a very, very thorny problem for those of us that, you know, are not in that. Now. I have to admit, I did go to Davos and it's, it's, it's. I met Claude Schwab and I met George Soros and, and they're just as sinister in person as, as they are on tv. And I went once and that was enough. I got a look at what was going on and, but the thing that straight I'm still what escapes me [00:06:11] Speaker C: do do [00:06:12] Speaker A: is how coordinated this is or whether this is just mutual interest that understand if they rig the game this way they're all going to benefit. I tend to come out into the. I don't think there's a single group of three people or 20 people that get in a room and make these decisions and send out orders to everybody else to to toe the line. I think it's more mutual interest and interlocking directorships and all the, all, all the ways and you know, as and, and working the finance financial system the way they do. Or, or have you found, have you found that room and if you have who's in it? [00:06:51] Speaker C: Yeah, I found the room in America. I think at least for the color revolution that we have been subjected to since Trump won in 2016. I believe that the headquarters, at least the coordinating headquarters are at Harvard at the Belfer Center. They have something called the D3P and if you look at it, you're going to find that the entire Trump resistance and the entire operations that went on from 2016 to 2020 were coordinated and coordinated on a global scale. Because I believe that this Agenda 2030 which was formed for formerly Agenda 21 during Bush, then it evolved to Agenda 2030 during Obama. Those are the nodes in America that I feel are undermining the voice, the vote and the will of people. And they come out of very specific places. Brookings, the Council of Foreign Relations, Atlantic Council, Aspen Institute and Center for American Progress are all pushing the Sustainable Development Goals, which require full track and trace surveillance from birth to death and digital ID on a global public infrastructure. Under the guise of that nation, states no longer work and global governance is the only solution to global peace now. And the other part of it is that it goes back to if nobody is guilty, if everybody is guilty, nobody is guilty. So there's enough siloing and distribution. But I do believe that this is done gradually through shared white papers, shared research, shared academic grants, share. All of this stuff has been over decades. So like you said, I agree with you. It is dictatorship through bureaucracy. But that bureaucracy has players that re recur over and over. And when you say about the sitting at the table, the sitting at the table in my opinion was done between 44 and 54. It was exposed between 64 and 75. [00:09:01] Speaker A: It was also, it was also done at Jekyll island as well, all the way back to 1912. [00:09:06] Speaker C: And I mean I am at a place where I believe that when Donald Trump won in 2016, the plans that have been long made well before, you know, anyone even looked at it, all triggered a emergency to the people that run this infrastructure. And they all coordinated since 2016 to not just overthrow Donald Trump and destroy his entire voting base, but also to further and speed up America going into Agenda 2030, which requires the collapse of the Constitutional Republic. [00:09:43] Speaker A: What is, what is it? What is Agenda 2030? I've. Is that the UN document? [00:09:48] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:09:50] Speaker A: UN's got, UN's got a website, I think, with 2030 on it. And it's, it's a scary, scary piece of writing and [00:10:00] Speaker C: was one of the writers. [00:10:01] Speaker A: Well, that. I'm, I'm really surprised. What, but, but, but what is the, you know, what's the enforcement mechanism mechanism there? Because I don't think of the UN itself as an institution of being particularly effective. And for that matter, none of them have been operationally effective. They, they cause a lot of problems, but they're not really the inst. They're not, they're, they're, they're, they're imperfect instruments to bring about the kind of thing I think you're talking about. What's the plan to collapse constitutional limited government? I think we're in the midst of it, but I'd love to hear you explain it. [00:10:42] Speaker C: We are. My belief is that the UN is essentially has been a, one of the biggest frauds on the world and the American people. But what Agenda 2030 is, it's the 17 Sustainable Development Goals. Barack Obama signed the United States with Samantha Power and Susan Rice onto that in 2015. Well, if you read it, it is a declaration of the end of nation states for a global governance model based on 17 sustainable development goals. Those Sustainable Development Goals require full track and trace surveillance of every man, woman and child, every natural resource, every animal, every. Everything under the guise of sustainability. But really it requires a digital identity for every on the planet to be monitored for the global governance kind of global climate change, global pandemic, global. [00:11:47] Speaker A: How effective do you believe Donald Trump has been and in pushing back against this and, and you know, standing in the doorway? [00:11:58] Speaker C: Well, first of all, this is exactly. This is why, because during Obama's years, I just want to make clear that they were doing a lot of things, particularly Norm Eisen when he was the ambassador in Prague, in creating an international judicial order to, to impose upon nations as part of the Agenda 2030. They also at that point gave Interpol, Interpol the designation of being the enforcer for the 17 Sustainable Development Goals. This is under Obama, when Donald Trump came in and pulled out of the Paris climate accords. This was the red line for the internationalists and the globalists that created the global governance model. The top of the global governance model at this point running the operation is Larry Fink. In my opinion, he is not only the head of blackrock, but he is also the head of the World Economic Forum right now. He is also the ESG Score architect with Mark Carney and others. But he is also, we have to understand, in 2019 there was a meeting, I'm sure you know about it, at Jackson Hole where Larry Fink described going direct to the people. If you read that going direct speech, what essentially he's saying is, and I believe that it was well known is that the corporations and the international corporations, multinational corporations, as they call themselves, stakeholders, and the banks were going to go direct to the people. And to me that means, and this is pre. Covid, right before COVID To me that means that the people would be essentially controlled by banking institutions and in collaboration with. With multinational corporations to force behavior. I mean, Larry, [00:13:48] Speaker A: what would be the mechanisms of that control? Dual banking [00:13:52] Speaker C: system, the corporate governance, governance over, you know, regulations, all kinds of things that they can do through the banks and corporations that affect the lives of everyday Americans. And, and it's done with regulations and agencies and bureaucracy and all of that. But really it's saying, you know, David Rockefeller in his memoir said something very haunting that I think is still the mentality of the people that are running the operation agenda 2030. He said in his memoir that he thanked the New York Times, Washington Post and Time magazine and said that the 40 years they had been planning what they were planning would not have been possible without the secrecy of the media. And he said that now America was ready for a time where the international intellectuals and bankers are far more oriented to deal with governance beyond auto determination in the past. And to me, that auto determination in the past was what George Washington put in his farewell address. And everything has been done since then. To do everything George Washington said would collapse our country by design. Much of it's laid out in Carol Quigley's tragedy. [00:15:11] Speaker A: Well, I think I've finally come to the right person. Who killed Kennedy. [00:15:17] Speaker C: I believe that it is the international banking cartel killed Kennedy because they were already for the endless war for profit is their model. I believe NATO exists be an endless war for profit mechanism. Yeah, I frankly believe it was because they needed the next endless war for profit model and Kennedy was standing in the way. [00:15:37] Speaker A: So you don't think it was a CIA you think it was the. [00:15:39] Speaker C: I think it was a conglomeration Because I don't [00:15:41] Speaker A: think [00:15:42] Speaker C: CIA was created to protect America. I think it was created to protect the international banking cartel. It was created by, by the Dulles brothers in Switzerland when they created the banking cartel. So to me, you put two and two together. It's not that hard to see. [00:15:57] Speaker A: Well, I, I'm not, I'm looking for a [00:16:02] Speaker D: dual [00:16:02] Speaker A: smoking gun. I guess it's, it's really hard to, you know, when we, you know, the, the thing about what you're describing, though, to me, who's been in that business banking, business finance, [00:16:13] Speaker D: dual [00:16:14] Speaker A: investment banking, you're describing, it's all these, it's pretty abstract. And what I'm interested in is, and maybe we ought to do another episode is just, just specifically what are we talking about? Means of control? I mean, if I wanted to get control, I think I would do, I think I'd want to create a central bank, digital, digital currency so I could keep a ledger of every, every dime anybody made or what they're spending. It's not in place yet, but it's certainly on a drawing boards. And they've been, they've been talking about that in, in Davos for a couple decades. And then at Davos, they've also got an idea about a credit card that would measure your carbon footprint. [00:16:56] Speaker C: Right. [00:16:57] Speaker A: And so, and so, and, but, but they're all, but they're all these tools and they, I think that Trump and, and has stopped a lot of them. I know we've got Marco Rubio now going after the International Criminal Court, which is a very good idea. I mean, that's basically an instrument of the EU to, you know, to beat up Americans or whomever they want to. But we, we're fighting back. And I, and, and Trump has been, you know, I'm a Trump voter three times. I'd vote for him again, even though right now I think he's, he's probably, he's lost. He's his, he's not keeping his eye on the ball as much as he should, I think. And you know, they've got to keep this up because if we don't, if we, I'm going to get tactical. If we lose the House and we spend all our time on investigations, impeachments, whatever, it's going to slow this thing down and maybe make it more likely we lose the presidency in 2028. And then, you know, and then, God help us. I mean, all the, all these, you know, they're, they're ready to rush in. They, they know, they know exactly what happens when they get pushed out of power temporarily. And they're going to, they're going to make sure that never happens again. [00:18:11] Speaker C: Right. Which is why shows like this matter, because it's really important that the American people know that we're being divided on purpose so that we don't see. [00:18:18] Speaker A: I agree [00:18:18] Speaker C: with, and it's coming from a psychological military level operation, in my opinion. And the intelligence community that formed particularly got free reign after the unconstitutional Patriot Act, I believe is intimidating people in dc. I don't know who's in charge there, but it does appear to me that the end goal, if you look at the DSA and this strange, you know, convergence of the Muslim Brotherhood Jihadi movement and [00:18:50] Speaker A: yeah, red, red, green, red, green, [00:18:53] Speaker C: this is all there. This, these people have no idea that they are actually working to facilitate the international plans of Agenda 2030. [00:19:03] Speaker A: Have you, what do we, what's your recommendation about, you know, people watching, or me for that matter? I mean, what do we do? What line of action can we take to, to, to, to push back and arrest this seemingly inevitable force? I mean, is it, I don't, I don't think elections, I mean, certainly it matters if you get Donald Trump elected, but typically congressmen and things like that don't, don't count that much. Is there, is there a line of action that you've identified that we ought to be thinking about? [00:19:36] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:19:36] Speaker A: Or doing, not thinking about doing. [00:19:39] Speaker C: Yeah. Because the one thing that I want to make very clear is a long game was played. China, the CCP is at the top of the technocracy that is Agenda 2030. It is the way that they run their country. It is the Internet of body, Internet of things, fourth Industrial Revolution. All of that makes the mechanisms so every, everyone would need, like you said, a digital id, because then you'd have to access your digital money that would then be used to access travel and it would be used to access food. And I mean, it's all part of this plan. What we need to do is first we need to admit that we have been deceived. That is the first thing. And that what we can do about it is start to identify the tentacles of Agenda 2030, the Sustainable Development Goals, the NGOs that are in our own backyards. Because my belief is that this has been a local action operation because the consequence of Agenda 2030 that they want, if you listen to the DSA, and now they're partners at CARE and the jihadi movement, what they're Saying is they want to collapse the Electoral College, they want to end the Senate, they want to open the borders and they want majoritarian democracy, which is popular democracy. And that is what their platform is. Well, that platform is coming from Bernie Sanders, Sanders Institute, Progressive International center for American Progress on a global scale. Obama center in Chicago is a hub now for, for the Davos Plan. Obama and all of his people are very, very much invested in Agenda 2030 coming to pass. Had Kamala Harris somehow won or Joe Biden, they were going to put $3 trillion of U.S. taxpayer money into leading the United States into Agenda 2030. So what we have to understand is that these groups are being used. The end goal of Agenda 2030 is ending the nation state and controlling nations through regional partners. Well, those regional partners are mayors. They are, they are your city council. They are. That's why they're paying for these races of getting mayors, city council seats, land management. Those are globally funded races. And the real end goal is that to make not just Washington D.C. but the voice of the people irrelevant. So what we have to do is first I would say we should have a lot pressure campaign to rescind the International Organization immunities Act of 1945, particularly on US soil. Number two, we should make lobbying illegal from foreign countries on US soil. And three, we should look at the 501c3, 501c4 fraud starting at the treasury and the IRS and work backwards, which I believe Basin is doing right now. And the best thing I can tell everyone is that everything I am telling you, I am fully convinced that not only Donald Trump but Besson and his entire inner circle know because they went after USAID first. And USAID is the money bags that has been manipulating and overthrowing nations since the, since the 50s. And that entire operation, [00:22:51] Speaker A: well, well. And it's also a money fund. I mean a lot of that money never left the beltway. I mean that's, it's been a, it's been a cash cow for, for the bad guys. Mel, this is this very interesting. There's so much more I want to dig into. You have your own show. Where do people find your show? [00:23:11] Speaker C: I am on Rumble and x every day 2 to 3:30pm Eastern live. And then I have the mailcase show.com and I have a substack the mail cat show where I put a lot of my receipts and reports. And you know what I just say, look at the real documents that and read them for yourselves. Because the truth is the most important thing that could happen is the American people to realize A, that they have been deceived and B, get the real information because it's very empowering when you realize that this isn't a incomprehensible, overwhelming thing that we can't end. We can rescind a bunch of things that have been done without our consent that could help us particularly. [00:23:54] Speaker A: And I love the type. Your book is Infiltration instead of Invasion, America Betrayed. Only thing I quibble with as I think it probably I do. Instead of 44 to 54, I'd go 1912 or 12 to 2026. But. But it's not as good a time [00:24:12] Speaker C: book. I'll be. I'll be revisiting Jekyll Island. Yeah. [00:24:17] Speaker A: Thank [00:24:17] Speaker C: you so much. [00:24:18] Speaker A: Okay, thanks. Well, we'll. We'll. Hopefully we'll be able to do this again. And I've got all. I've got a lot of things here we didn't get a chance to dig into. Well, [00:24:27] Speaker C: anytime you want, I'm happy. [00:24:28] Speaker A: Okay. All right. [00:24:29] Speaker C: Especially because [00:24:30] Speaker A: of your [00:24:30] Speaker C: background, because it makes it. It gives a lot of context. Thank you so much. [00:24:33] Speaker A: Well, I actually was. Been. You know, I know a lot about all that. So we, we can get into that. Maybe you could ask me some questions next. Last time. Next time. Okay. [00:24:43] Speaker C: All [00:24:43] Speaker A: right, great. Thanks, Mel. Well, we left more questions open than we closed today, and I mean that as a compliment to my guest, Mel K. Thank you. And we'll be picking these back up. And everyone is still doing the hard work of figuring out what's true on their own. This show, I hope, was for you. I want to be honest, though, we didn't finish, not even close. There are threads we pulled on today that deserve their own hour questions we opened and had to leave sitting on the table. I don't think that's a failure of the conversation. That's what a real conversation looks like when the subject is this big. Mel, I'd like to have you back on to pick these up because I don't think either one of us is done with them. What I'll take away from this method is more than any single conclusion. Go to the source, follow the money. Institutional history. Hold your own conclusions loosely enough so that new evidence can. Can move them. You know, that's not a partisan discipline. That's just how honest people think. And in an airless age, it's close to the only thing that still works. So if you're one of the people I described at the top of this hour, no party or unsure. Your party, certainly not a politician. No team just actually wanting to know what's true. I hope today gave you something to work with. We didn't reach a verdict, but we got, I think we got to a better set of questions and a better way to chase them down. Melkay this was enlightening and I'm grateful for it. As Mel K mentioned during the show, you can find her work at the Mel K Show and you find everything we do at the bill waltonshow.com and also on Substack. Thanks for spending this time with us. Keep thinking for yourself, keep breathing and we'll see you next time.
